Welcome to the Georgia Birding Web site!

This site is intended to give birders relevant information about birding in and around Georgia.  The majority of the information relates to Kennesaw Mountain, a local hotspot for viewing Neo-tropical migrants around Atlanta. We have also included some information on rare birds and birding trips from around the county.

These pages and all material contained in them are the property of Bob & Deb Zaremba.  No unauthorized use of this material is allowed.  Contact us for permission at bobzarem@bellsouth.net

Birds of Kennesaw Mountain Now Available!!!!

Giff Beaton's complete annotated checklist is now available.  It is a very valuable tool  and contains the most complete data on the birds of Kennesaw Mountain.  You can get the latest updates to the book  by clicking on the book cover in the left margin.

Be sure to check Giff Beaton's excellent reference book,  "Birding Georgia"  for additional information on Kennesaw Mountain and other birding hot spots in Georgia. Both are available by ordering from the GOS website at   GOS Publications
