0720-1030  62F  Winds 10-15 kts E, gusts to 25 kts. Low cloud cover, fog,
mist and rain on and off all morning.

The entire walk to the top produced only 1 KEWA at the top parking lot
stairs.  8 sp. in one flock working up the snag area on the trip down.  The
Lawrence's was seen on and off for about 30 minutes in various areas of the
snag area.  If the wind dies down, the weather looks like it may produce
some birds.
