Started to clear from 0830 to 0915 but then became overcast and cool again. Winds NW 10-12 kts. I did the CCC Loop after the mountain to look for the WIWA reported there 2 days ago, and did not find it. I did add a few birds to the totals above down there, but not much. Giff
