We haven't come across a large feeding flock of migrants for the past two weeks, which is some what unusual for this time of year, even with good flying winds. Still tough to hear so there were many calls not identified. Three GHOW's were calling on the way up at 5:15AM, but there were a minimum of five owls calling back and forth between 6:45 and 7:00AM! At one point, one GHOW landed in a tree directly in front of us! Thanks! Bob & Deb Zaremba
