0715-0950	70F.  Winds E 6-8Kts.  Overcast.  Little change in the last
		24 hours.  High pressure remains in effect with some moisture
		being pulled in from the coast.  TS Lily will be playing a role
		in the extended forecast.  Possible afternoon showers for the next 
		few days but no fronts moving through.
