0715-1015	70F.  Winds WNW 5-6Kts.  Partly cloudy with light fog at the
		top.  Clouds and fog clearing by 9:00 with the first sign
		of sun in several days.  The cold front has finally moved
		in.  High pressure should be returning in the next few days
		with possibility of showers with the extended outlook to
		include effects of TS Lily.
