Kennesaw Mountain Report 

9-2-2006

0720 -1140  74-81F  Mostly cloudy,  heavy overcast becoming gradually darker as we reached the summit. Very humid, winds South-East 6-10,
                                       about 9:00AM the sun started to break through in spots and it bacame partly sunny on the way down.

Very quiet morning all the way up the mountain.  We were on the way back down and the sun started to break through the clouds and some bird activity began.
We had almost all the warblers in a flock between the saddle and the top car park, between 9 and 10:30AM.
