I hiked the mountain after work today. I found a cool (but really steep)
pseudo-trail that connects the CCC camp loop to the mountain road about 20
yards downhill of the first open area.

Fox Sparrow 1
Hermit Thrush 2
Yellow-bellied Sapsucker 1
Pine Warbler 4
Ruby-crowned Kinglet 2
Dark-eyed Junco 5

The sparrow popped up for a long look in a low, brushy area along the
aforementioned trail - in a gully that must channel water during heavy rain.
